How the NT7TM Framework Simplified Everything for One Coach

How the NT7™ Framework Simplified Everything for One Coach

When I discovered this, I was shocked at how easy it was.

I've been working on getting good at social media for years, and nothings seemed to work.

I've had amazing ideas for my business, but just haven't had a clear way to get them out there. A friend and colleague of mine even referred to it as NateFlix. I felt I'd tried everything. Yet, nothing seemed to work.

My problem wasn’t the effort. I posted daily for over a year without missing a single day. My problem was focus.

I just didn't have a way to tie it all together. Have you ever felt that?

That’s where the NT7 Framework changed everything.

NT7 is a simple way to create a week’s worth of content that flows together seamlessly. Instead of juggling a million ideas, you focus on one.

And for Sarah? That one shift helped her find her voice and connect with her audience. Most of all, it finally brought results.

Now she runs a thriving business with clarity and purpose.

Let’s break it down.

The Principles of NT7™

The NT7 Framework works because it’s built on four core principles:

  1. Simple Scales: Less complexity means faster implementation.

  2. Focus Is King: When your content has a clear theme, it draws people in.

  3. Direct, Adapt, Iterate: Whoever can iterate the fastest wins.

  4. Persist Until You Succeed: Posting daily creates momentum.

Strategies for NT7™

Here’s how you can use NT7™:

1. Choose one word you want to be known for.

For me that word is "strategy". When people see me and my content the first word I want to pop into their head is "strategy". When they refer me to a friend, I want them to say "oh you gotta talk to Nate. He's the strategy guy!"

2. Next, pick a weekly theme.

In my case, I like to pick a set of core themes that are all interrelated. Once I have those themes picked, I'll rotate through them so I can iterate and improve.

My core themes for this year are:

  • The DAI Success Philosophy™

  • Mind Vault OS: The 4 A's of Business™

  • The NT7™ Content Creation Framework

  • The Math Behind Funnels

  • Attract: The first A of The 4 A's of Business™

  • Acquire: The second A of The 4 A's of Business™

  • Ascend: The third A of The 4 A's of Business™

  • Automate: The four A of The 4 A's of Business™

Now pick your weekly themes. This week, your theme might be a concept like “Overcoming Objections or Increasing Pipeline Velocity"

3. Map your content to the NT7™ pillars:

I work best when I can build a discipline around daily actions. Each day, I write about my theme of the week from the perspective of a specific pillar. Principles drive strategy, and strategy drives tactics. And, without discipline, all strategies will fail.

So that's what I built the pillars around. Sharing the principles, strategies, disciplines, and tactics of each week's theme. Then I add in family, fun, and fitness so people can get to know me on a more personal level.

The Pillars are:

• Pillar 1: Principles

• Pillar 2: Strategies

• Pillar 3: Disciplines

• Pillar 4: Tactics

• Pillar 5: Family

• Pillar 6: Fun

• Pillar 7: Fitness

This keeps your content balanced and engaging.

Disciplines for NT7™ Success

As I shared earlier, all strategies will fail without disciplined execution.

So in order to succeed with NT7™, it requires three key disciplines:

1. Commit to Consistency: Post every day, even when it’s hard.

2. Stay Focused: Stick to one theme per week. Don’t stray.

3. Review and Improve: At the end of the week, ask, “What worked?” Then adjust.

Tactics You Can Start Today

The great thing is, anybody can do this. I had a friend over to the house this past weekend and we laid out their entire content plan. It took less than an hour, and they now have a strategy to develop content for the whole year.

Ready to try NT7? Here’s how:

1. Determine the one word you want to be known for!

2. Pick your core themes for the week.

3. Pick one of those these to start with and write seven short posts based on NT7’s pillars.

4. Repurpose them into videos, carousels, and stories.

5 At the end of the week, analyze which posts are working vs. which ones aren't. Direct, adapt, iterate. Repeat the process. Improve each week.

You don’t have to be perfect—just get started.

So What Happened with Sarah...

Using NT7™, Sarah stopped spinning her wheels. She got consistent, built trust with her audience, and saw steady growth in her business.

And the best part? She spends less time stressing and more time working within her zone of genius. A win-win for everyone!

NT7™ is all about the Attraction phase of the 4 A's of business. Once that traffic starts to build it's crucial you optimize. In a moment, I'll share the fastest way to convert that traffic to your email list.

But first, here's what I've got coming up for you next week...

Next week, I’ll show you the math behind funnels and how they can help you scale like never before.
