✅ What’s the NEXT natural step after that? i.e. how will you move them from someone with interest to acquiring them as a customer?
✅ What’s the NEXT, most valuable action they can take after they make their first purchase? What would be a logical next step that would provide immediate ascension. A simple example would be if they purchased a book, you could offer them the audio book or course that goes with it.
✅ What’s the NEXT logical step?
If you don’t know these answers, your clients definitely don’t.
Step 2: Plug the Profit Leaks

Once you map your journey, look for leaks in your process:
❌ Do you have an order bump on your main offer?
