The DAI Success Framework—Step by Step:

Step 1: Set Your Prime Directive

Your Prime Directive is your main objective. It's your clear path. If something doesn't match your objective, it's a distraction. Don’t do it.

Step 2: Direct Your Mind

Use your Prime Directive to choose what you do every day. Every task must move you closer. Skip everything else.

Step 3: Adapt Fast

Things always change. Markets, clients, tools. You must change fast too, but always toward your goal. As we were taught in the Marine Corps, "Adapt and Overcome". Embed that in your mind and use it every chance you get.

Step 4: Iterate Until You Win

Try something. Check your results. Make small changes fast. Keep testing until you win.

### Daily Habits You Need:

- Look at your Prime Directive each morning.

- Establish the gap the night before and determine what you'll accomplish tomorrow.

- Write down tomorrow's tasks each night.

- Do your tasks every day and check your progress.

How to Use DAI in Your Business:

Your goal must be clear. Write it simply. Read it every day.

2. Find Your Gap

Look at where you are now. Look at your goal. What's missing? What's next?

3. Set Clear Steps

Break your goal into small, easy steps. Each step brings you closer. Set clear deadlines.

4. Do, Fix, Repeat

Do your tasks each day. Check results. Fix problems fast. Do it again until you hit your goal.
